Ethnic minority parties sign caucus agreement

Belgrade, March 01 (Source: B92) - Four minority parties agreed to form a joint caucus in the Parliament.

The agreement to form a joint caucus was officially signed in the premises of the National Parliament. The caucus titled ‘The National Parliament Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians – Sandžak Ticket – Serbian Roma Union – Coalition of Preševo Valley Albanians’ is led by Pator Balint from the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians.

The caucus decided to propose a Sandžak Ticket representative for the post of a vice president of the Parliament.

Balint said that each party will negotiate on its own behalf in the approaching cabinet talks. “I have to underline the fact that the parties of our caucus are free to advocate their own stance in the Parliament and vote in line with their principles and interests”, Balint was said.
